Summary: Kato wears masks, not to hide his emotions but more or less to hide his intentions. On the outside he may appear charming as well as charismatic, but the wheels are always turning in his twisted mind. He's what one may call a sociopath, and he's a living persona of Social Darwinism; survival of the fittest. Kato takes care of himself, and he manipulates other people along the way. To keep his true self hidden and his puppets obedient, his lies and half truths are intricate and refined from many years of practice. He let's his lies allow others to come to conclusions on their own, as he's found people are most likely to believe their own thoughts then what they are told what to think.

Though even a cunning man like Kato does have his weaknesses. Used to getting what he wants through speech, Kato never bothered to practice fighting. Why bother throwing punches when others can do it for you? Nonetheless, when thrown into a physical fight he will most likely lose, unless he can smooth talk his way out of it. Kato's body on it's own is a weapon against himself. The poison lurking underneath his skin can cause injury to the sociopath. And, if he slips up in a lie, which he has done in the past, the results can be catastrophic to his reputation. While he may not view others as too much of a threat, Kato's intricate threads of lies and plans could always be unraveled by his own doing. This in mind, meticulous planning is not just a lifestyle for Kato, but a necessity. His bio is HERE.

Friends: Kato befriends what he mentally calls the "innocents." Though some may be smarter than Kato, in his mind they are all puppets ready to be used by himself. With a friendly nature and an open face, Kato gains these so-called friends quickly and with tact. His goal is to keep his puppets near him, under his thumb and in his control. When one starts to drift away, Kato has a tendency to frame said person for a crime, or cause some other disaster in his or her life. They almost always come crawling back to him, and he welcomes them with comforting words and open arms. All the while, hardly anyone would suspect it was he who caused said disaster.

Romances: As a sociopath, it is very possible Kato is incapable of loving a human being. He does love power and control however, and if having a romantic relationship will give him more then he'd be open to play pretend. Nearly any form of love partnership he invented would be for strategical gain, and almost certainly abusive. However, he's not physically abusive, as Kato works mentally and emotionally with his victims. Chances are that once he figures out someone has fallen for him then he'll be quick to jump on the chance for another puppet.

Enemies: By society's expectations, Kato should have a plethora of enemies. He's nothing short of a backstabbing sociopath, and it's only his web of lies and wit that keep him from being rejected by society. But Kato does have his slips, such as a quick lash of his temper or a minute mistake in one of his lies. There are also the few that are stubborn to his secretive power that tend to get written down on his black list. He doesn't like those who have trouble trusting others, for it takes a lot of effort to get those kinds of innocents under his control.
